How does the shared backyard work?
Both rentals share the backyard amenities — hot tub, wine barrel sauna, gas grill, and the fenced yard. When the other home is empty, you have exclusive access. Book both homes for full privacy.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome. We do ask for a small fee for each pet for the additional cleaning.
What is the payment policy?
50% is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 60+ days before arrival, 50% refund between 30 and 60 days, and non-refundable inside 30 days.
Is there a security deposit?
A $600 security pre-authorization is placed before check-in and released after checkout, assuming no damage.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Ask us about flexibility on quieter dates.
